Hallow's Eve

It's so Halloween. e__e I don't think I've been quite this Disney and this Halloween-y combined in several years, when I dressed up as Esmeralda when I was 10 or 11. This year's Halloween could even be considered the most I've celebrated the holiday since then, too. I'm actually dressing up again (though not as a Disney character ), going to a real Halloween party--all I need is the candy! So the Halloween-themed contest my good ol' Disney club is holding just seemed to fit right along with my current trick-or-treating mood.

The idea of the contest is your basic "draw a Disney character in a Halloween/masquerade theme," so what better than to revert back to my old fascination with the Jim/Ariel crossover and draw them dressed up as something together? And for some reason, making their costumes be of pirates just made too much sense--for Jim, at least. Ariel simply fits in because she looks good in just about anything. I do feel like I have to mention their candy buckets--who remembers the little plastic jack-o-lantern candy buckets!!?? Those were a Halloween STAPLE when I was a kid! Do they still have them?? I hope so. I had to add them; a little homage to my childhood, since at least Disney and Halloween have that much in common.
