Only On Wednesdays

I drew the girl, Rita, and my sister, Danielle, drew the two guys!

A drawing that is now close to a month old of my character Rita, and the two men in her life. As for those of you good sports who have come to familiarize yourselves with my characters and this story in particular, you know Rita's life is anything but stable. Her boyfriend, Able (who she's standing with here), serves almost as an embodiment of that instability-- he's unpredictable, impulsive, a little self-oriented, and largely promiscuous, but because of Rita's similar fluctuation between reality and her attempts to escape it, the randomness of their relationship fit into each other's way of life. With Rita preoccupied in her constant pursuit of change, Able has the opportunity to get away from his relationship with her and openly juggle several additional partners. We'll never know quite how this routine came to being, or how Rita initially reacted, but when the story opens and Greg (the other guy to the left and ultimately the stability Rita so desperately needs but also desperately does not understand) comes into the picture, Rita and Able acknowledge their relationship and are romantic with each other only on Wednesdays.

This may or may not be scrapped; the drawing is mostly my sister's, seeing as I only have one drawing involved here, so I don't know. Just wanted it uploaded. I don't have enough drawings of Rita up. Oh!! Speaking of which, Danielle and I are dedicating this picture to ~anya1916 because she really likes Rita and her story.
