Hugs For Tha' Whippet

I have recently been in a totally good mood. This week, I've just been really happy, and I feel so motivated!

This is a quick drawing I did for , of Zelenn glomping *swiftwhippet's fursona, Swift. It's to say thank you to her, basically, not only because she was nice enough to help me with one of my last essays, but also *swiftwhippet and I have been talking a lot to each other lately since I'm aiming to get accepted at the college she's going to now. Swift just finished her sophomore year in the animation program there, and she's been mindbogglingly sweet to me, and answers all my questions. I wanted to thank her for talking to me as much as she has, because she actually makes me feel like an animator when I talk to her--she treats me like I can really become one. ^^ Like it's not completely impossible. I'm more appreciative of this than she might realize, and I think it's contributed muchly to my good mood.

So I sketched this out, and I couldn't help but slap some color on it when I scanned it. Photoshop was already open, I lost my head. xD But Swift encouraged me a little while ago to upload some more rough stuff of mine, so that's why both versions are shown. The only bad thing about this is that the sketch is in pencil and not col-erase *loses at life* but I do at least have a couple col-erase pencils now that I'm excited to try out! lol Swift is pretty big for a whippet, but I didn't think it was too big of a deal.
